FOR SALE: 2003 Sundowner C-575 Sunlight Two-Horse Straight-Load Gooseneck Horse Trailer in Very Good Condition

This white trailer with forest green and gold striping is the very rare, premium C-575 model.  It is all aluminum construction: aluminum frame and skin.  It is also fully lined and insulated so it is very comfortable for the horses in all weather conditions.  It has a rear ramp, halogen loading lights, high and low LED tail lights, LED running lights, swinging head divider, hay bags, full escape doors, and roof vents over each stall.  The interior stall dividers remove easily and completely leaving the horse area open like a cargo trailer. There is a running board along both sides for convenient access to both horses and the dressing room.  The dressing room is fully carpeted and has a camper vent, two saddle racks, multiple bridle racks, a clothes bar, shelves on the door, and an unbreakable mirror.  This trailer has tons of big windows and can be hauled with the rain doors open for maximum ventilation.

We are selling a historic barn located on our horse farm. This barn is in good shape and we’ve been told is full of valuable oak beams and boards. The historic section was built next to a newer section that was built in the 70s. We want to keep the newer section standing. The barns are butted up next to each other, but constructed separately. It has already been cleaned out, so all that’s left is to take it down. The historic section’s dimensions are 26' wide by 50' long. The property tax records indicate the historic section was built in 1901. It is full of beautiful old hand-hewn beams and peg construction.

The barn is located halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio and has easy access on all four sides for heavy equipment. It is located at the front of our driveway, about 50' from the road.

The buyer must hire a crew to dismantle and remove the barn in its entirety, break up the concrete slab and dispose of it in a dry pond on the property that is being filled in. The removing party must provide $1 million liability insurance, worker’s compensation for the work crew, and sign a waiver prior to entering the property.

Interested parties are welcome to stop by to look at it. Directions to our farm are available on the Map / Directions page of this Web site.
